RAMM is early in development. This policy explains how the public website handles waitlist data and website analytics.
Information We Collect
If you join the early access list, we collect your email address and the training goal you choose on the form.
When you browse the public RAMM website, we collect basic website usage data such as page views, device/browser information, referrers, and interaction patterns.
How We Use This Information
We use early access information to manage the waitlist and send product updates.
We use website analytics to understand what is useful, improve page quality, diagnose issues, and make RAMM easier to evaluate.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity on the public RAMM website to understand how visitors interact with pages through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay.
Clarity may use cookies and other tracking technologies. This data helps us improve the website experience and identify usability issues.
For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Microsoft Privacy StatementGoogle Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure public website traffic and understand aggregate usage trends.
Google Analytics is loaded only in production and is deferred so it does not block the initial page experience.
PostHog
We use PostHog on the public RAMM website for product analytics, session replay, and error tracking.
PostHog helps us understand which pages and content drive signups, how visitors use the exercise and workout library, and where the experience can improve.
Session replay masks email fields, passwords, and other sensitive inputs. We do not send authentication tokens or payment details to PostHog.
PostHog is loaded only in production when configured and is deferred so it does not block the initial page experience.
